well no that isn't the case at all i was just providing examples of cases where lilchickens point about EA shooters also in my opinion applies to nintendo fanchises

i never at any point spoke in absolute terms , if i did i wouldn't have chosen a couple examples....
and in case you missed it my overall point was only ever that nintendo isn't always as original as some people claim

Good grief! How is this supposed to make your argument any more solid? It's still based on a logical fallacy, the exact same logical fallacy that I pointed out already.
Anyhow, this is beside the point I was interested in anyway. I guess you have sort of confirmed what I was asking about in the first place, though in the most round about way possible.
