Not so much.
But daggering is just dry humping something that has been going since the beginning of dancehall.
My opinion, " it's just dry humping at a party " No big deal as long as the girl you are dancing with is cool with it"
Some guys have starting dancing with girls and assumed they would like to be dry humped and got slapped for it or the girl stopped dancing with them, LOL!
