Less, but probably more than Galaxy 2 and definitely more than Sunshine. Galaxy is at over 11m, closing in on 64. Mario U will not get there I think. WiiU's userbase will be a lot less than Wii's in the end, but 3D Mario is a core game so it won't be affected as much. New Super Mario Bros. U will still win though.

New Super Mario Bros. 2 is gaining on 3D Land fast. It's at 6m to 3D Land's 8.5m, with a year less to sell. 3D Land has slowed down a lot too, I won't be surprised if NSMB2 cought up with 3D Land after coming holiday season.
