multitouch isn't that big of an issue. 95% of the time (or more) you only ever use single touch interaction.

Yeah now that you mention it, you're right. It's perhaps a smaller issue than it seems; Angry Birds, Temple Run, Cut the Rope and stuff like that are all single touch .
