I see that a lot of people are assuming that science and religion can't overlap. The origin theory that I believe in is called Directed Evolution. According to this, God created the earth with a purpose, subtly directed the creation of life, and intervened when necessary.
With this theory, science and religion can coexist.
Been away for a bit, but sneaking back in.
