Will 3D Mario U & Mario Kart U be rush like Super Mario 3D Land & Mario Kart 7 when it comes to graphics?

Why are they rushed? They were pushed back so there would be more development time.

Can this 3D Mario be as good as the Galaxy games? That's a different question altogether, but it does not relate to the graphical capabilities of either game.
