The big mistake that Activision made with Black Ops 2 is not making it available in the eShop for digital distribution. I don't understand it myself, because retail titles available to download from the eShop work out a shitload more expensive than hard copies, but plenty of people appear to buy buying retail games from the eShop going by Miiverse comments.
