Okay you can argue all you want whether Wii U will be the next dreamcast or not, I don't care since only time will tell. The gaming industry tends to be very unpredictable in nature so predictions are hard to make. But when people make statements such as "Wii U will drive Nintendo out of the home console market", that is when I facepalm.
No, Nintendo has enough money to be able to weather a failed system. They even have a relatively successful handheld market going which is a steady source of profit for them. There is no way they would just go under from one failed console.
