Luigi's Manion: Dark Moon is overtracked by 92K so it should be 1.39m.
Gears of War: Judgment is undertracked by 18K so it should be 1.15m.
God of War: Ascension is undertracked by 49K so it should be 1.09m.
These 3 games will undoubtedly remain in the top 10 bestelling exclusives this year. By the end if this year I'd predict the bestselling order among them will be: GoW:A at ~2.50m > LM:DM at ~2.25m > GeoW:J at ~1.75m. (I'm predicting big bundling this holiday for GoW:A, not sure about LM:DM, doubt it for GeoWJ).
If GT6 does release on PS3 this year that'll be either the 1st or 2nd biggest exclusive, the new handheld Pokemon game will be huge, I think TLoU will be big, Beyond Two Souls will do decently, Zelda remake for the Wii U will do well and a new 3D Mario game will do very well. Not really sure what else will do well, I must be forgetting something.

No, Pokemon and Monster Hunter 4 will both easily be bigger than Gran Turismo. I would imagine if all games mentioned do launch:
1. Pokemon (Around 6 mil)
2. Monster Hunter (Around 5 mil)
3. 3D Mario (Around 3.25mil)
4. Gran Turismo (Around 2.8mil)
5. Zelda Wind Waker (Around 2.5mil)
6. Luigi's Mansion (around 2.5mil)
7. GoW: Ascension (Around 2mil)
8. The Last Of Us (Around 1.8mil)
9. GoW: Judgement (Around 1.7mil)
10. Unannounced game (Around 1.5mil)
Possible errors there could be the Wii U titles on that list, the install base may not be large enough to sell those numbers.
