Since you already brought up Japan and the COMG chart, in 2012 you could clearly see that many third parties were sticking to the PSP and holding out in hopes for the Vita to pick up, rather than switching to the 3DS which has been by far the hottest system in Japan in recent times. The 3DS may have a huge lead over the PSV in Japan, but that still doesn't mean that the 3DS will end up with more game releases than the PSV in the coming years. And that's something Nintendo can't really do anything about; all they can do is continue to release first party games and grow the installed base and hope that third parties drop their prejudices eventually. Once again I feel like I have to ask you about your logic. I'm not saying that you aren't right, but that you seem to keep ignoring certain things. It does seem like 3rd party games sell less on Nintendo consoles. Like Need for Speed; I know you'll argue that it's a month old port with bad advertisment, so ok fair enough. But what about RE Revelation for the 3ds? It didn't sell bad, but it didn't sell as well as the devs had hoped for, so it's getting ported now. It's one of the best RE in recent years, but still haven't done as well as it should/could have. Is it because people buy nintendo consoles for nintendo games and prettu much ignore the other games? If so, it would really explain why 3rd parties dont bother with nintendo consoles.... wouldnt you agree?
