Rhode Island just passed Marriage Equality legislation. So that makes it 10 states that recognize marriage equality. That's 1/5th of the states! It's not where it needs to be, but it's working its way toward it. :)

Yay ^O^

With so many places passing these laws lately, it makes you wonder how long it'll take for it to become the norm. Come on Britain, please be the next~

The good thing about the states that have legalized it, they are easy states to do so. When you start getting to the deep south, it will be a while for us to get it as well. Though things are better than they were, there is still some time before the thought will even cross their minds.

True, it is that many Charismatic and Baptist church members are slow to get behind - and very common in the South.  It was recently highlighted a similar problem with several southern states still not wanting to have mixed race proms.  There is a community that host many weddings in Arkansas, and it was one of the first places to offer full marriage serves for same sex couples - way back I think around the time California did.

And in California, you have Orange County, one of the most bigoted places in the USA – where some people spend lots of money to promote things like ‘death to homosexuals’ in other countries.  There are pockets of extremes all over the place.

Really not sure I see any point of Consol over PC's since Kinect, Wii and other alternative ways to play have been abandoned.
