Metal Gear Solid: The Legacy Collection won’t come to Xbox 360 due to MGS4

What exactly is in MGS4 that would warrant it needing 7 DVDs to do?  Does doing prerendered cut scenes instead of using an ingame engine, mean THAT much space gets taken up?  I played through MGS4 and still wonder about this.
