The PS3 will be lucky to sell as much as it did last christmass as this upcomming holiday season. You can claim all you want that fans will come around to it sooner or later, but which each anticipated game turning out to be a relative dissapointment and Blu-Ray slow to take off I think prospective buyers are finally starting to realize that if things haven't turned around by now that they probably never will. |
Yeah I remember in 96 and 97, alot of Nintendo fans hoped that maybe the PS1 was just a fad or whatever, and Nintendo would reign supreme in a year or so. It never happened. But how could a company stop leading after 10 years? How could Nintendo, the leading game company since 1984 not be the leader, 12 years later? It just happens. Some consoles just don't lead. Sometimes gaming companies just stop being the leader, for whatever reason.
