There's only one person here having trouble understanding right now, and it's not me.

Come on. Let's bet on it. Nintendo unveils at least two as-yet unannounced titles during their E3 conferences, which include Nintendo Direct presentations airing within two weeks of E3. AND they will receive press coverage in 95% of the publications covering other E3 news -- how that will work is, you show me one publication that discusses Sony and Microsoft's conferences but not Nintendo's, and I'll show you 19 publications that do include Nintendo in the discussion.

I can bet with you... sig control for one week or more but I'm not saying games will not be announced by Nintendo... I'm saying the media cover for Nintendo will be way small than if they have a standard conference.

What happend in E3 that Nintendo will do this year happened every year... alwasy happened for any company... Nintendo is just removing the biggest part of it, the conference itself.

This is a big loss... and I guess they removed it because they haven't enoght new to share in a 1,5 hour conference.

My bet is the same plublication that have 5 pages for Nintendo conference in latest year will have only 1 page for the games this year... that is my point.

But nintendo will have 3 conferences that will total more than 1.5 hours, so i don't understand your argument.  I mean, Nintendo had so little to show last year that they filled it up with shovelware, do you honestly believe that Nintendo had less to showthis year than last year?  i mean they had what, 3 first party games at last years conference, and they have around a dozen games(i don't remember the exact number)  of announced but not shown games that will be shown at E3 thus far, plus retros new title and miyamotos new ip, and anything else they haven't revealed(and this doesn't include 3ds stuff), that's at least 4x as much content as last year.  Yet you claim they wont have enough?  i don't understand your argument.

I understand his argument, let me spell his argument out for you:

I prefer that other consoles look weak so my preferred console will look strong. Therefore I want Nintendo to have no games to show. I will take Nintendo's announcement that they will not have a traditional conference as E3 as indication that there is nothing at all to show, because it pleases my heart to think so. The fact that this makes very little sense based on the information we already know is irrelevant, becuase I will choose to ignore the information that contradicts my point, and I shall interpret any other information I can in a way that makes my unlikely dream scenario come true.
