The one Nintendo game that would most benefit from realistic graphics upgrade

I agree with OP, first thing that popped into my mind was Endless Ocean too. Other than that, I doubt any other IP would benefit from photo-realistic approach, even if going for realistic, I think stylized realism would be better option.
