Usualy this is what I think of ppl making such lawsuit. But in this case, I kinda cheer for the guy, hopefully it will create a precedent so it won't happen again.

What?  Why would you wish for that.  Look closely at what they're arguing: that demos at trade shows weren't representative of the final product.  There will be no demos ever again if they win (at least not for anyone who doesn't sign a waiver first).  Part of the reason for those demos is to get a feel for how the public responds to the game, things are meant to change!  Just because people are upset over the quality of the game, doesn't mean they can SUE for showing demos.
