Well, the highest one that I have is Lyn at Lvl 18 Swordmaster. When Paired up with Great Lord 10 Chrom, Olivia has 212 Rating, which is just boss. 

And yeah, i'm grinding a lot. The grind is pretty enjoyable, plus I want my Lucina and Inigo to be badasses .

Dam too much grinding for me.

Her Rating just keeps on climbing and now I've paired her (Lvl 13 Swordmaster) with a Lvl 4 Paladin Chrom. Pretty Boss 253 Rating pair . 

I'll probably end up benching Olivia after the grind, she'll just break the game if I use her XD.
