The ouya is a new open source console that any dev can make games for. It has a NVIDIA tegra 3 processor, 1GB ram, and 8GB of internal storage which can be expanded using via USB. Every game is free to try and every ouya comes with tools so even players can make thier own games for ouya. The console is $99 and is not meant to compete with the bigger consoles. It is also said that emulators may show up on ouya and runs on android. The console is set to launch in June but has already been shipped to kickstarter backers.
