Well, I think JRPG fans are generally more accepting of those ;). I just wonder if it's intentional in this particular trailer, as at the same time there seems to be quite a bit more black crush going on in this version as I pointed out before.

The video is the exact same we had before. The uploader just upped the saturation. Because of that, the blacks are also more saturated, of course. Which results in that black crush you mentioned. The original video from ND is the one people should base their expectations on.
