Apparantly to release a new CoD every year until it gets worn out is a strategy worth a raise.

Nintendo has a similar strategy and it has worked extremely well for them.

Strike while the iron is hot.

Nintendo doesn't work like that, sorry. Anyone who grew up with Nintendo knows they change up the gameplay but keep the characters. Nintendo doesnt have to strike while the iron is hot because they know they have a loyal base that will buy whatever they make. Activision sells the same product ever year.
