Of course they can. Nintendo has added the full range of apps and DVR control, and Sony has the most experience in this area with PlayTV and Torne as well as the apps. I hope Microsoft didn't waste too much time on this when they could have been making games. With so much going streaming, doing things this way almost seems like a step backwards. Maybe it is just America.
