Cable plays not a significant role in Germany. I don't see it being a significant advantage. Tbh I know not one person in my life who has cable. Everybody has free Satellite or Antenna. I am sure there are many people who would like Fifa and Football coming out of the same Box but I don't see that feature having huge mainstream appeal here. Cable is not exactly wide spread compared to the US. I am refering to pay TV. Free Cable can be just plugged into the TV.
