Actually now i'm more confused than before...

Correct me if I'm wrong @ anyone else who understood (I just skimmed through it).

They'll have a booth where people can play the demos of games (which will be available for the public) and they will also have a meeting with distributors/partners (not viewable for the public) about the future.

But information about new games, hardware changes, software changes, etc will be given out on Nintendo Directs.

Yes, this is correct. This is very easy to understand... Nintendo booth at E3, meeting with partners, no large conference at Nokia Theater with media and investors, BUT announcements etc with Nintendo Direct-like shows at the same time. So gamers will receive all the information about new games and plans; press will play Nintendo games at booth and then publish news and previews etc... Not a big difference here. I don't understand why people so screaming, lol.

Some of these gamers just make me laugh at how silly they make themselves out to be when a piece of news comes out. I mean how daff some people must be in not understanding what Nintendo is saying. Like these these dude can't read, and certainly can't comprehend. Then you get the haters that get into a blind rage of bias when they read anything Nintendo related, and expect every Nintendo news to be the final nail in its coffin.

I swear, without Nintendo, it seems there will be no excitement in this indurty, and in this case, just same boring old press conferences.

I love My Wii U, and the potential it brings to gaming.
