Yep. Games are now in the eShop and they will recognize your Wii owned content by default IF you moved the data from your Wii to your Wii U.
You may need to either view all in eShop or utilize the eShop search feature. I'm sure the front page will be updated soon as the Miiverse communities come up later this afternoon. (Pacific time)
