Can you tell me what non gaming media you are referring to? Because last I checked my local NBC news had less than 30 seconds of e3 news other than there is another e3 event happening now there is not a lot of coverage. Then again I don't see a lot of 80 year olds paying much attention to an event like that anyway.


Nearly all, is very hard to not find E3 conference news on any media in the days following it.  Will never pick up a current bun and find Nintendo direct news inside.

I have the same problems here at my local NBC, FOX, CBS, ABC and even PBS.  Maybe 5 minutes worth of coverage, but then they're speaking of nothing specific.  Maybe a little of Halo, Assassin's creed, and other usual suspects, but nothing in depth.  As much as the videogame community thinks there are a lot more game savvy people out there, they're only comparing a pond to an sea.
