Nintendo not holding traditional E3 press conference this year?

Why will the inclusion of new hardware from Sony and Microsoft preclude Nintendo from "winning" E3?

Nintendo's fan base: are the hardcore Nintendo fans/boys they seems to have lost the Casuals because they are not biting the Wii u bate and simply move on to smartphones and tablets

Why they wouldn't win E3: IMO I don't think they can win with just 3-4 games versus 2 new console reveals and games for both I mean have you seen that little pS event? Nintendo or even Microsoft have never has a event as good as that that I can remember Imo

why would anyone laugh at Nintendo?: it would be Wii u that looks the same as PS3/360 versus PS4/720 that looks like PC on top of that everytime anyone utter Nintendo's name when talking about PS4/720 they laugh (mark rein/everyone there)

again just my Opinion and I think I got something's to back up what I think so yeah...
