I had a feeling this would be the case. Nintendo has done a great job of releasing new information through their Nintendo Directs. I honestly wouldn't mind if they just skipped E3 in favor of a huge online feed of new information for 3DS & Wii U. E3 has become a crappy spectacle-driven event over the last few years, I just want a steady flow of announcements without a random Usher performance in between.
