Everyone has reasons behind their opinions and decisions. God is aware of all those reasons and every tiny bit of influence that has caused you to be the very person that you are. For example, he knows that I don't believe in him (well, at least not the god that is described in the Bible) anymore since I don't believe in free will. To me, free will is illogical due to the "dilemma of determinism" and I can't force myself to overlook that. I need to be convinced by someone or something in order to believe otherwise. Sure, I could try to convince myself that free will exists but then I would live in denial; something that God would be aware of.
Everybody has reasons to back up their beliefs and those reasons neither can nor should be overlooked. God, if anyone, should know that.
