As for exclusives... PC won't loose it's exclusives, in-fact it's going to gain more thanks to Kickstarter; as PC gamers are voting and funding the games they want to see, not what developers/publishers force upon us.
Whether Sony will retain exclusives or gain more depends on what incentive Sony gives to developers, one thing Sony got right with the PS3 was those exclusives and I do for one hope they can keep them, exclusives are what makes any gaming platform really great, otherwise it's all a generic mess.

Edit: Also excited to get a PS4, mod it and install Windows on it, like many did with the origional Xbox.
