I am from a Lutheran Church, we believe Catholics are going to Hell- Sorry .... a simple question.

Jesus answered, "I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me."

You have to accept Jesus to go to heaven, that is what the Bible says. The Good Samaritan is in hell.

And as long as you have accepted Jesus, you can be forgiven for anything you've done in your life, so some Christians who have done lots of evil are in Heaven.

God's action requires the approval of man. This in turn is closely linked to the respect for human freedom and free will. God does not save anyone by force, gives you the freedom to choose. Judgment Day will assess every person according to the actions of good deeds not empty words. No evil Christians in Heaven confirmed. Dont worry the God is not stupid and blind.
