Animal Crossing is a beast in Japan. Some doubted me when I stated on AC:NL wall that it would outsell Animal Crossing on the DS. It looks like I predicted correctly if it carries its momentum over to Europe and NA. Makes up for my 1.5-2m prediction for Resident Evil: Revelations. I still believe it will hit at least 1m especially since it is now on 3DS eshop for 19.99.
