CD Projekt RED said clearly, that the only reason it's only on PC and X360 is cause they are unable to develop it for the PS3.
This will make developing games easier and will only work in our favour. The next gen is going to be short anyway, if you wanted it to last as long as this one, PS4 would have to cost between $600-800 and nobody would buy it. |
So u agree with me - more multiplats, shorter console life cycle. Nothing more to buy a new, good PC.

If you don't care about Sony's first party offerings and ready to invest more than the presumably 400-500$ that PS4 will launch at then probably yes.
