Well drinking affects other peoples lives. Cigarettes, if done away from others, does not affect others as much. I am fine with 21 being the drinking age. Gives new adults time to actually grow up and be a little more responsible with their new powers.

If only it was done away from others. Too many days of walking on a campus through smoke screens. >_>
