When will the first big (5M+) PS4 exclusive release?

They are but you know Sony will launch new IP's. With a new gen comes plenty of new IP's that join the fleet Sony has been building for three gens already. Hopefully the new generation will be more popular than the last crop.

Of course, Sony's done great pumping out the new IP's, so can only hope for the same on PS4, 

They already have Knack which looks pretty interesting
