Indeed, it's more of an interest purely on the social level. I'm certainly not expecting people to agree with me, in fact counter argument and pointing out things not thought of is a good thing, keeps the brain active! :) It's just as you say, it's not actually possible to have a meaningful discussion so why would anyone go there and why are the people who are even there, there! Crazy world :D
