Lets hope your discs were very dirty then. It seems to me that this warning is a precursor to the RROD in many cases. (at least in my personal experience.)

look up how to delete your Xbox360 cache. I almost guarantee that is your problem. It will eliminate the unredable disc error, untill your 360 bites the dust of course.
