Skull Monkeys! Obscure sequel to the even lesser known Neverhood.
This game had a really bizarre garage jazz kind of soundtrack. Really really unique, I can't think of anything else out there that's even a bit like it.
(The game itself was very good, kind of a spiritual successor to Earthworm Jim. Rock hard towards the end of the game).
