I do love the Okami music, especially the way it perfectly accompanies every game moment, and a couple SMG songs (mainly Gusty Garden). I would also say MGS:Peace Walker Main theme and Snake Eater should be on anyone's best game music list.
EDIT: Let's not forget the one 8bit classic I can listen to for an hour straight in it's original form...the Mega Man 2 Castle Theme!
