If I had the money, I'd certainly buy a Clevo W110ER. Based on what you said, this machine probably fits you. It's a 11.6" ultraportable with an i7 and GT 650M. Should run every game on the market on high settings if you tune down the resolution a bit. Also, it will have no problems with Dolphin either. You can find it for about $1000.
