Silent Hill 1, 2 or 3?

If you were to play just one, I would recommend Silent Hill 2 as would most others.  Silent Hill 1 is a ps1 game and you need to play it before Silent Hill 3 because it continues on same story.

You should definitely get around to playing it, the first time playing through is an amazing experience.

I don't know why I can't remember it very well, I was probably 10 when I played it (7 years ago), but I definitely remember getting quite far in Silent Hill 2. I got past the bit with Pyramid head.
