Well in a way he is right, but mainly because 3DS keeps getting huge game announcements. It makes the system look 100x more attractive on software alone.
At the start of the live of 3DS, i could never of envisioned so many great games coming. So I am hoping Nintendo apply a similar philosophy to Wii U, except for what they done so far is release the same type of game so close to each other, i.e. 2D Mario. Wii U should have launched with a 3D Mario, then end of the year come out as a full complete game with mario and luigi, instead of a downloadable addon cause it's the year of luigi.
