I it will happen quicker. There arleady is 3x the number at the launch of the service than Wii had at its VC launch.
It appears NOE is looking at it per individual game and deciding what is overall better. They appear to be fixing the border no matter what, but its just if hte game was already optimized correctly in the 50Hz version because that one will also provide the various language options.
Why would not not transer data to Wii U? Keeping your Wii until it breaks and you can't transfer? (I just sold my Wii so I could buy more games)
