I 100% agree.

However the WiiU - PS4 jump is a bit bigger then the PS2 - XB Jump. PS4 is about 8-9x more powerful then the Wii U, X-Box was just under 4x as powerful as the PS2. However, the differences will be less obvious (read OP article) because of dimishining returns.

I wrote the OP article ;)

Well, nice to see you get published.  A bit cheerleaderish though.

I was only saying it because he told me to read the OP article. There is no problem entering a thread to claim my work and discuss the topic. There is no need for your snark, however.

Don't take my congrats as snark. I meant it.  I did, however, find the original article a bit too much cheerleadering, so it is opinion of the article, and a critique.  I say congrats, because I know the challenges of trying to get anyone's works published anywhere, as someone who does get published from time to time for a magazine, but isn't able to break into the journalist side yet.

Ah, I thought  the "cheerleading" was about me saying that I wrote the aritcle, not about the article itself so that was my bad. It definitely is optimistic, but it isn't completely unreasonable either, as I'm not saying the Wii U will get every port under the sun. The main point is that heavy budgets might result in games that don't try to be as photorealistic, so there is more money for a port to Wii U, and that those ports won't look nearly as bad as PS3/360 to Wii did. It's HD to HD this time around, the difference won't nearly be as big.
