Until iPhone goes to different market segments too... Apple is trying to release a new and cheaper sub $200 iPhone.

Not sure how well that would work out. The whole point of the iPhone and iPad is that they're the Ferrari of the phone/tablet world. It'd be like Ferrari bringing out a car to compete with the Golf.
