It actually has nothing at all to do with Android. Since Android has been released, Apple has been having record quarters, every single quarter, without fail (including their most recent quarter).

It has some to do with expected lower profit margins, some to do with the very little known about what the company will do (or not do) to increase revenue next, and a LOT to do with the stock splitting from its financials (as most stocks are based largely on financials), and bad press from analysts and news reporters causing it to crash way further than it should.

To be honest, if the stock market crashes, I would love to see Apple go down even further with the market (although I don't see how this is possible. If Apple crashes another 25% and gets below 300, I don't think there exists in this world a more affordable stock (It would have a 3.6% dividend with P/E ratio of about 6.75). For goodness sake, if it dropped that low, the company could lose HALF its profits, and it would still have an average to slightly below average P/E ratio (13.5).



Money can't buy happiness. Just video games, which make me happy.
