I think it is stamina. The bar decreased when Link used the bow, I didn't see any magic arrows. Also, the bar regenerated pretty fast - just like the stamina in Skyward Sword.

I think you're right. It decreases when Link uses his hammer or bow, and also when he's in "drawing mode."
