I'm always hearing people complain about data caps. I don't think my internet has ever had a data cap since my family first got it in 2003, or am I mistaken?

I don't think you'll find data caps anywhere in middle Europe. Most people I've seen complaining seem to be from Canada and Australia.

Well, that's nothing like over in Canada or Australia where 20-50GB data caps don't seem to be unusual (from my experience on VGChartz and Reddit)...
