Gears Of War: Judgment is more of a spin-off than an actual prequel.

Judgment is actually a prequel for Gears of war 1 and Gears of War 3.

Yes, he is indeed in Judgment.

The first chapter of Gears of war 3 (except for the very first and second stage) didn't have Marcus either.

You only hear him for like two seconds in the campaign.
