If the yen remains favorable they will drop by August. Count on it. 2) I don't really buy the "it haz no games" thing either. It has a new Mario, Nintendo Land, LEGO City, Zombi U, Scribblenauts, Black Ops 2, Assassin's Creed 3, Need For Speed, Monster Hunter, etc. I mean really, what was it supposed to have? A new Mario and a new Zelda and a new Metroid in the first 4 months? Pikmin 3 would not make a big difference one way or the other. 1)People just are not as interested in the concept of a $350 machine that has 360/PS3 level visuals and a tablet controller with a low-res resistive touch screen. |
1) Good thing it's a $300 console with greatly superior graphics to the PS360 then. $350 is for a bundle that includes a game and some other stuff, not the console.
2) Launch Game (and WiiU launch sales were great), Launch game (and WiiU launch sales were great), a game that did cause an increase in hardware sales, Launch game (and WiiU launch sales were great), a multipalt (which never push hardware), a multipalt (which never push hardware), and a a multipalt (which never push hardware). What exactly was your point?
Hardware is pushed by huge games, not by medium or big games and certainly not by multiplats.
The Wii has 2 huge exclusive that have released, NSMB and Nintendo Land, which pushed lots of consoles at launch. It has not had any since launch.
The Wii still has Smash Bros, Mario Kart, 3D Mario, Zelda and Wii Fit that have been announced but not released. That's 2 that are released and 5 that are still to come soon.
