Getting a Gaming Laptop. What should I look for?

I kinda agree with this.. heck you could even build a great desktop for a 1000 and get a new laptop for 500 for the basic needs..

A $500 AMD APU based laptop should run StarCraft 2 no worries, it's not exactly the most demanding game especially at a console-like 720P resolution.
StarCraft 2 loves CPU grunt though, especially on 2 cores.

Then spend that $1000 on a decent gaming Desktop, save your money over time as Desktop upgrades are generally cheaper. :)
